After dating for two long years, TV actors Ridheema Tiwari and Jaskaran Singh Gandhi tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony recently.
The couple got hitched at a suburban hotel in Mumbai. Not following conventions, Ridheema, nearly a month ago, proposed marriage to Jaskaran, who instantly said 'yes'!
Recalling the incident, the ecstatic bridegroom, as quoted by TOI said, “We have always wanted to get married, but never expected it to happen so fast. Actually, I wanted to concentrate on my restaurant business for some more time. However, a month back, Ridheema brought up the topic of marriage and we both felt that this would be the right time. She does not have too many projects on hand and so, we will get quality time together after marriage."
Having said that, Jaskaran went on to say that initially, he didn't take Ridheema seriously, and only after the preparations started did the reality sink in.
Several pictures of the lovely couple from their wedding have surfaced on the internet. The elated couple themselves shared a couple of pictures.
One look at the pictures, and we won't be able to deny how amazing the wedding must have been! The bride chose a sea pink and beige lehenga for D-Day and looked absolutely gorgeous, while the groom looked dashing in a sherwani with a pink turban. Both, the bride and the groom complimented each other.
Even though Ridheema looked all poised and calm, she suffered from pre-wedding jitters.“I was anxious like any bride would be. However, I am happy that I am married to the man I love. We always wanted a low-key wedding,” she said.
Jaskaran posted a picture from his wedding on Instagram and wrote, "Dear Mrs.I found my home in u.so its true haaa? Ur mine.I love the way u lead me in this pic."
Ridheema shared the same picture on her Instagram handle as well and captioned it, "Dear Husband ,I love u more. Us is truly beautiful."

Ridheema, who was last seen in the show Ghulam, maintained that there no honeymoon plans yet. She said, “Honeymoon can happen later. We are happy that we are married and have started a new chapter in our lives.”
Ridheema Tiwari was also seen in Vidya Balan starrer Begum Jaan.
