In a promo, Riteish could be seen going down on one knee and giving a romantic twist to Amitabh Bachchan's iconic dialogue from 'Shahenshah'. Riteish said, "Rishte mein toh hum tumhare pati lagte hai, lekin naam hai Genelia cha naura (I am your husband, but my name is Genelia’s husband)."
Riteish and Genelia met on the set of their first film, 'Tujhe Meri Kasam,' in 2003. The pair married on February 3, 2012, after dating for a number of years. Rahyl and Riaan, Riteish and Genelia's two sons, are the couple's children.
