Ayushmann and Karan’s childhood names!
On the show, Ayushmann’s brother revealed that his original name was Nishant as a child and his pet name was Nishu.
When the Andhadhun actor was 3, they changed his name to Nishant before he went to school. It’s not as though his name is Nishant now, they’ve changed it now. His cousins still call him ‘Nishu bhaiya’ though.
Revealing his secret, Karan Johar recounted how his name was Rahul when he was born. He was called Rahul for 12 days and then his mother, Hiroo Johar had a dream. She said that her son’s name must be Karan! In his janampatri, it’s still Rahul Kumar Johar.
Not letting the moment pass, Vicky Kaushal chirps, "Naam toh suna hi hoga!"
After the revelation, Ayushmann and Vicky joke about how he’s actually KKJo, not KJo.
