Shooting for the final season of Game of Thrones is underway in Belfast, Nothern Ireland. While HBO is trying everything to keep the details of the finale season from leaking, turns out they can't plug all the wholes all the time.
Lessans Livery Yard and Riding Stables, an equestrian facility in Saintfield, posted two pictures on Instagram with caption: "What an exciting week we’ve had to transform the yard into a film set. Try explaining to a Dothraki warrior that, even though the sun is blazing, Winter is here."
The pictures were of Dothraki warriors in winter garb, mounted on horses, ready to ride in the battle. But looks like the showrunners got to the stable and they had the images deleted.
Saintfield is the same plane of the ground that was used for the epic scenes in the 'Battle of the Bastards' from season 6. Based on this information and the outfits of Dany's bloodriders, speculations are being made that the scene shot at the stables will be part of the battle at Winterfell. This is where the Starks and Daenerys Targaryen will try to stop the army of dead led by the Night King.
These images, coupled with Jason Momoa's Instagram posts about spending time with the cast and crew of Game of Thrones have fanned the speculations that Khal Drogo could return as Azor Ahai - the Prince that was Promised - to end the second coming of the White Walkers.
There will come plenty of arguments debunking this theory, but for now, there is no harm in entertaining every possibility, is there?
