The countdown for season 5 of the popular web series 'Money Heist' has begun. Just eight weeks away from release, fans, as well as the cast of the series, are waiting with bated breath for 'Money Heist 5' to drop on Netflix.
Teasing the fans with what lies ahead and piquing interest in season 5 of the Netflix crime drama, two members of the cast -- actors Itziar Ituño and Luka Peroš who play Lisbon and Marseille respectively, shared new BTS photos on their verified Instagram account on Friday.
Itziar and Luka posted photos of their characters. While Itziar shared a candid click of 'Lisbon in the hole', Luka, on the other hand, was seen posing with co-stars Pedro Alonso (Berlin), Úrsula Corberó (Tokyo) and Darko Perić (Helsinki). To note, Money Heist season 4 ended with Gandia killing Nairobi, Lisbon entering the Bank of Spain to reunite with the gang after a fake op to rescue Gandia was intelligently executed, and Alicia Sierra nabbing The Professor at his hideout.
For the unversed, season 5, which is the final season of 'Money Heist' will release in two parts. While part one will release on September 3, the final part will drop on Netflix on December 3.
'Money Heist 5' will have actors Álvaro Morte, Úrsula Corberó, Pedro Alonso, Itziar Ituño, Miguel Herrán, Jaime Lorente, Esther Acebo, Darko Perić, Rodrigo de la Serna, Hovik Keuchkerian, Belén Cuesta and Najwa Nimri reprising their roles as before.
Earlier, the teaser of 'Money Heist 5' hinted that the upcoming season is going to be an action-packed one as the gang will pick up arms against the army that is all set to take down the robbers inside the Bank of Spain.
