Actor Paras Kalnawat, who plays the role of Samar in the famous TV show 'Anupamaa' is terribly disappointed by Flipkart. Every year, big e-commerce companies announce huge sales just before the festive season luring people to buy things on the cheapest rates.
This year too, Flipkart had organised 'The Big Billion Days' sale that included everything from smartphones, clothes, electronics, etc at cheap prices.
Now, Paras had placed an order for 'Nothing Ear (1)' earphones from Flipkart for Rs 6,000 thinking it was a good buy for the prices offered. But when the box arrived, he was shocked because it was empty. Ironically, the box had nothing just like the brand name Paras had ordered 'Nothing'.
After this, Paras took to Twitter and posted a complaint against Flipkart from his account. The actor shared two pictures of the empty box and wrote, 'So I did not find anything in the box of Nothing. Flipkart is really deteriorating with time and soon people will stop buying the products.'
As soon as he wrote this, Flipkart replied, 'Sorry, we understand your concern. We are here to help you. Please share the order ID with us so that we can look into it and assist you further. await your response.'
This is not the first time such a thing is happening. Flipkart has been accused earlier as well of sending empty boxes to customers or sending them the wrong item. Recently, there was news that a person had ordered an iPhone 12 from Flipkart, but when he opened the box, he found a bar of soap instead of the phone.
