Ever since news about the new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati was announced, there have been several speculations. Initially, it was heard that Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were in contention to replace Amitabh Bachchan as the host of the show.
But all those reports turned out to be wrong. Big B is returning to the show this season as well. And guess what? He is coming back after his fee was raised.
Initially Big B would charge around Rs 2 crore per episode. Now, a source tells us, "Amitabh Bachchan will now be getting around Rs 2.75-3 crore per episode. Negotiations are on and the channel has agreed for the hike."
