'She had gone completely pale': Rahul Mahajan on meeting Shehnaaz Gill at Sidharth Shukla's residence

Rahul Mahajan recently spoke to the media about his bond with Sidharth Shukla and revealed how Shehnaaz Gill was in a state of complete shock.

Rahul Mahajan, who had visited actor Sidharth Shukla's residence on Thursday (September 2) to pay his condolences to the family on the tragic demise of the actor due to cardiac arrest, recently spoke to the media about his bond with the 'Bigg Boss 13' winner and revealed how Shehnaaz Gill was in a state of complete shock after the sudden death of Sidharth.  

In an interview with ETimes, Rahul, who is said to be close to Sidharth Shukla said, "I had not met him for nearly a year but nothing changed because both of us are spiritual and that we often discussed and spoke about spirituality. In fact, I was to call him and wanted to spend some quality time with him which unfortunately did not happen."

Rahul went on to say that it is human nature for people to suspect foul play but the case isn't so while adding that Sidharth's dad too had passed away due to cardiac arrest. He said, "Sidharth was a different kind of person, he would not even like us mourning for him and I met his mother today who is also such a strong woman. She had tears in her eyes but she was strong and told me 'death is obvious and but said itna jaldi nahi hona chahiye tha.' She is a mother and how can any mother see her son go away in her lifetime."

As for Shehnaaz Gill, Rahul Mahajan revealed she was at Sidharth's residence recording her statement with the police. He added she had gone completely pale with the tragic demise of Sidharth wh she was rumoured to be dating. "She had gone completely pale as if a storm had just passed by and washed away everything," Rahul said, about Shehnaaz. 

For the unversed, Sidharth Shukla rose to fame with the hit TV shows 'Balika Vadhu' and 'Dil Se Dil Tak'. He also shared screen space with Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the 2014 hit film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. The actor was also seen alongside Diljit Dosanjh in the 2018 movie 'Soorma'. He recently tasted success with his stint on the reality show 'Bigg Boss 13', where he emerged as the winner. The actor's last screen outing was Ekta Kapoor's insanely popular show 'Broken But Beautiful 3' in which he played the role of Agastya.
