Television actor Shweta Tiwari has been making headlines of late, well, not exactly because of her work but due to her recent holiday pictures with daughter Palak Tiwari that went viral on the internet. Besides this, a few other photos of Shweta that has the internet talking is that of the popular star all decked up as a bride.

Shweta's latest bridal avatar has intrigued netizens who want to know why has she dressed up as a bride?

Well, to shed some light on the recent viral photos of Shweta dressed in wedding trousseau and to clarify rumours around her third marriage, the said pictures are from the actor's show 'Mere Dad Ki Dulhan' in which Shweta as Guneet Sikka is seen getting married to the man she loves Amber Sharma, played by Varun Bhadola. 

The said photos are from Shweta and Varun's wedding photoshoot that they conducted as part of the show in which the two actors are seen tying the knot in the presence of family and close friends. In the photos, Guneet (Shweta) is seen donning a gorgeous crimson red wedding trousseau, while Amber looks dapper in a cream and gold sherwani and orange turban.

Shweta's personal life has often been the talk of the town. The actor was first married to Raja Chaudhary with whom she has a daughter and then later, following her divorce, in 2013, Shweta married Abhinav Kohli and the two were blessed with a boy. However, due to personal reasons, the two parted ways in 2019.  

On the work front, Shweta's show 'Mere Dad Ki Dulhan' is one of the most popular fiction shows on the small screen. The show highlights the progressive thought that love can be found at a later stage in life and even children can be the matchmakers for their single parents.
