Popular TV actor and 'Bigg Boss 13' winner Sidharth Shukla died on Thursday at the age of 40. The actor was much loved by his fans and industry colleagues who all came to his residence and for his cremation to pay their last respects.
However, what broke everyone's heart were Sidharth's close friend and 'Bigg Boss 13' co-contestant Shehnaaz Gill's photos and videos as she arrived for the actor's last rites. According to sources in the police, doctors at the Cooper Hospital are yet to give an opinion report about Sidharth's cause of death.
Now, amid this info, new heartbreaking news has come to light. According to a report in an entertainment portal, in her statement, Shehnaaz Gill told the Mumbai Police that Sidharth's body had turned cold when she tried to wake him on Thursday morning.
According to an India.com report, Shehnaaz said that she was the first person to see Sidharth on Thursday morning as laid unconscious. Shehnaaz revealed that she put his head in her lap and tried to wake him but when she realised that he had turned cold, Shehnaaz called Sidharth's mother and sister. The family doctor later declared him dead.
On Thursday evening, after visiting Sidharth's residence, Aly Goni also revealed information about Shehnaaz's condition. Aly wrote on Twitter, "Chehra jo hamesha haste hue dekha.. khush dekha… lekin aaj jaisa dekha bass dil toot gaya. Stay strong sana.. #numb #heartbroken (sic)."
For the unversed, Sidharth Shukla rose to fame with the hit TV shows 'Balika Vadhu' and 'Dil Se Dil Tak'. He also shared screen space with Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in the 2014 hit film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. The actor's last screen outing was Ekta Kapoor's insanely popular show 'Broken But Beautiful 3' in which he played the role of Agastya.
