They also talked about President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

It has been over a year since Donald Trump took charge of the White House as the president of the United States of America and still the world dignitaries who are not from the USA are asked about their impression of former reality TV star as the leader of the free world.

David Letterman asked the same question of Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai.

His third guest on comeback show on Netflix, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Malala answered that question with the poise she always carries herself with.

Not before serving the zinger.

"Well, I am in the UK. So what do you think about him?"

Letterman told her that his political opinion is different but personally, he thinks that Trump is not fit to represent him.

"I think some of the things have really disappointed me are things like sexual harassment, ban on Muslims and racism. You see all these things and you feel, America is known for human rights country of liberty and freedom, should be leading in terms of human rights. It has such a strong democracy that's what we should celebrate," she told Letterman (sic).

.

When Letterman asked her who would take up the cause in the scenario where she hadn't survive the gunshot wound, she replied, "I would hope that many people would have stood up against extremists. Not just the people, but against the ideology."

"That's what we have to fight against. The ideology that existed that does not accept women as equal to men, that does not accept women to have the right to education. It does not accept women to have the right to do a job to decide our own future. We have to fight against it whether it exists in the mountains of Pakistan or in big cities like New York and Washington DC," she continued.

She also offered a solution to fight these ideologies. "The governments need to invest more money into education. Society needs to start thinking about investing in girls' education.

"We just need an ambition and an intention. What to do is then easy," she added.

Letterman's freewheeling chat with Malala is now streaming on Netflix.
