The recent luxurious wedding of Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant featured many culinary delights. Among the stars of the event were Eureka and Nikita Araujo, two talented sisters from the serene island of Divar, Goa. Eureka, an award-winning pastry chef, and her sister Nikita run Sivako, an artisanal patisserie in Mahim, Mumbai.

Sivako, located in a Goan-populated suburb, is famous for its French pastries, and chocolates. For the Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant wedding, the Araujo sisters were tasked with creating desserts for 300 guests. Their goal was to reflect the wedding's elegance in every sweet treat.

According to a Gomantak Times report, Eureka's creative process involved extensive research and development, including taste tests, texture experiments, and late-night brainstorming sessions.

The Araujo sisters curated subtle yet amazing flavours for the afternoon table and the high tea setup, which featured 20 desserts. Unique combinations like champagne and raspberry, matcha and raspberry, and chocolate with orange delighted guests.

At the end of the wedding, the sisters knew they had achieved the perfect balance of elegance, innovation, and nostalgia.
