We would like to inform you that Anant Ambani's wedding will feature chaat from Banaras, Uttar Pradesh. There are rumours that this well-known chaat will come from Kashi Chaat Bhandar, a well-known store in Banaras, where only locals will be serving the chaat. Nita Ambani had visited this same store a few days prior. Nita Ambani was the one who invited them to the wedding while she was in Banaras, having also visited the Kashi Chaat Bhandar and the Kashi Vishwanath temple.

The shop owner Rakesh said, "Nita Ambani came to our chaat bhandaar on June 24, where she tasted tikki chaat, tomato chaat, palak chaat, and kulfi falooda. She was very happy and said that the chaat of Banaras is very famous. It was a pleasure to serve her,"She has invited us to set up a stall in the wedding and the team from our place is going to the wedding. She ate five things here, which included Tikki Chaat, Tomato Chaat, Palak Chaat, Kulfi etc. He also told that his income has increased significantly due to Nita Ambani's coming here.

The shop owner claims that he will be serving his five chaats at the wedding, and he has received an order to prepare five chaats for the wedding. These five items—which Kashi Chaat Bhandar will serve at the wedding—are Tikki Chaat, Tomato Chaat, Palak Chaat, Chana Kachori, and Kulfi. There are numerous items on the menu in addition to this.

Kashinath Kesari opened this store sixty years ago. First, Kashinath opened a makeshift store in Godaulia. Eating Kashi's chaat used to involve standing in the middle of the road. He used to offer visitors to Varanasi potato chaat. After that, he began to experiment. He made tomato chaat first. The Varanasi people enjoyed his tomato chaat. After that, the company prospered. The shop's layout changed over time as the business expanded, and today it can accommodate up to 100 people at a time in its two stories.

Three of Kashinath's sons, Deepak, Rajesh, and Rakesh Kesari, inherited the family business 27 years ago when they took over the recipe for Banaras's fiery Kashi Chaat. In the shop, the three brothers made a variety of new flavours in addition to potato and tomato chaat. They now serve moong chaat, palak patta chaat, chura matar, basket chaat, papdi chaat, and samosa chaat in addition to palak ki chaat.
