A customer was in for a major shock when he ordered football socks on the e-commerce site Myntra and what arrived in the package was a woman's bra instead.
The customer, identified as Kashyap Swaroop, had reportedly ordered a pair of football socks, however, the package he received from Myntra had a bra from Triumph in it. Not only this but when the customer tried to raise a query online, regarding the product, he received a "product not returnable" message.
Sharing the tweet, Kashyap wrote, "Ordered football stockings. Received a triumph bra. @myntra's response? 'Sorry, can't replace it'. So I'm going to be wearing a 34 CC bra to football games, fellas. I’ma call it my sports bra."
Kashyap's tweet became viral on social media and Myntra too, took notice of the same and issued an apology under his post. Myntra wrote, "I hear you and apologize for the unintended grievance caused. Kashyap! Please be assured that we are working on it on priority. As promised, one of our case managers will contact you within the mentioned time frame with an update. I appreciate your patience shown here. -AY."

A few days back, in a similar incident, a customer who ordered an Apple iPhone on e-commerce site Flipkart during the Big Billion Days Sale received a few bars of soap instead of the phone.
Reportedly, the customer had ordered an Apple iPhone 12, worth tens of thousands even after selling at a huge discount during the Flipkart sale but the box instead carried soap worth a few rupees.
