Alveena Agha, an anchor on the News One TV channel, couldn’t control her laughter when the guest on her show, Khawaja Naveed Ahmed, started talking about the size of ‘Kela’ in different countries. Her laughter prompted Ahmed to pause and chuckle about the topic himself.
Khawaja Naveed Ahmed started talking about the different sizes of bananas in Pakistan, Dhaka, and Mumbai with vivid hand gestures, which instantly made Agha burst into laughter, not being able to control her chuckles on national television.
Ahmed started talking about how the ‘kelas’ of India is better than the once grown in Pakistan, with respect to size and quality. He also said that the bananas from Mumbai are big in size, and are fragrant enough for the entire room to smell like them.
When he talked about how Pakistan should conduct better researches to grow better bananas, Agha burst into a loud, uncontrollable laugh.
