Wearing the uniform and serving the nation is a moment of immense pride not only for soldiers but also for their families. Presently, a video without a specific date has gained widespread attention. It showcases a Sikh soldier receiving a warm and grand reception from his family upon returning home from training. 

The video was shared on the platform formerly known as Twitter by Sandeep Thapar, an Army veteran. In his post, he expressed the familial pride when a young member joins the armed forces. He emphasized the importance of the tradition of 'Namak, Naam aur Nishan' (Salt, Name, and Flag) that runs in the veins of the nation, ensuring its safety. He also extended his wishes for a Happy Independence Day.

In the video, the Sikh soldier, dressed in his Army attire, is warmly received by his family as he disembarks from a car. A red carpet is rolled out for him, and he confidently walks towards his home, where his eagerly awaiting family members are stationed. The message "Welcome back home" is inscribed on the ground using chalk, flanked by two symbolic guns.

The clip captures the soldier's actions as he salutes his mother and then humbly touches her feet. This heartfelt gesture is followed by an embrace, accompanied by the showering of flower petals by other family members. He proceeds to hug the rest of his family, sharing poignant moments with them.

Meanwhile, online users have flooded the video with love and appreciation. One user commented that the video warmed their heart, wishing everlasting smiles for the family. Another individual described the soldier's achievement as monumental and expressed deep emotional pride on behalf of the family. Another comment highlighted the joy and honor associated with serving one's homeland, acknowledging the bravery of India's armed forces.
