Here is list of highest paid Indian CEO's who majority belong to IT sector.

Cognizant's chief executive officer (CEO) Ravi Kumar Singisetti got a salary of $22.56 million (approximately Rs 186 crore) last year.

Wipro Ltd's former CEO Thierry Delaporte received $10.1 million (Rs 83 crore).
