In the past few decades, a large number of Indian entrepreneurs have succeeded in founding successful businesses. In terms of creative ideas, there has been a notable expansion in the fields including hospitality and education and more. Here are 6 highest paid Indian startup founders.

In India, Ritesh Agarwal is credited with developing the hotel room aggregator app OYO rooms. 

His business is currently the top provider of reasonably priced room rentals in the nation. As per inc42.com, he received a salary of Rs 12 crore.

Brijesh Agrawal was a founding partner of IndiaMart InterMesh, an online business-to-business (B2B) marketplace that links suppliers and buyers. In FY23, he received Rs 2.75 crore in pay.

Vivek Gupta is a co-founder of the Bengaluru-based Licious, a retailer of fresh meat, seafood, and animal protein products. Gupta received remuneration of Rs 2.24 crore, an increase from Rs 2.22 crore in FY22.

Tarun Mehta received his Dual Degree in 2012 in Engineering Design from IIT Madras. In April 2013, he co-founded 'Ather Energy' with his fellow student Swapnil Jain. 

 In FY22, his compensation was Rs 0.43 crore; in FY23, it was Rs 2 crore.

Swapnil Jain, co-founder of Ather, received compensation of Rs 2 crore, an increase from Rs 0.45 crore in FY22.
