Subhash Kapoor returned with Jolly LLB 2 in 2017 and replaced Arshad Warsi with Akshay Kumar in the titular role. Saurabh Shukla reprised his role, whereas Annu Kapoor and Huma Qureshi were seen in the supporting cast.

Released in 1993, Damini featured powerful dialogues such as 'Tareek Pe Tareekh' from Sunny Deol's Govind Srivastava. Rishi Kapoor, Meenakshi Seshadri, and Amrish Puri played pivotal roles in Rajkumar Santoshi's film.
