Jawan director Atlee makes Cannes debut with wife Krishna Priya, gives dapper vibes in black suit

Having earlier helmed blockbuster successes like Theri, Mersal and Bigil, director Atlee Kumar attended the Cannes Film Festival with his wife Krishna Priya. 

Atlee twined with Priya in an all-black avatar. The director donned a three-piece suit, and his wife wore a black sheer and studded saree.

Ahead of his Bollywood directorial debut, Atlee made an impressive mark at the prestigious film festival. 

This year, Atlee and South superstar Nayanthara will make their debut in Bollywood with upcoming film, Jawan.

Jawan was originally scheduled for June 2 release, but now the film will release in cinemas on September 7. 

Atlee has impressed Shah Rukh Khan, and the actor has praised the director openly on social media. This photo is from Atlee's intimate birthday bash where they were accompanied by Vijay.
