Here are six breakfast options which are actually unhealthy 

1. Muffins: Many muffins are high in sugar, refined flour and trans fat. 

2. Fried breakfast dishes: Fried breakfast dishes, especially those made with potatoes and breads, are high in trans fat. 

3. Breakfast cereals: Some breakfast cereals are loaded with sugar and calories, which are unhealthy.

4. Pancakes and waffles: Pancakes are prepared from refined flours. 

5. Bagels with cream cheese: While bagels seem like a healthy option, they are also made with refined flour and high in calories. 

6. Sandwiches: Sandwiches prepared with white breads and fried vegetables are not a healthy option.
