Eat this food with stale roti in morning, keep blood sugar under control

Riddhima Kanetkar

Stale rotis starch resistance increases overnight which help in managing blood sugar.

Eating stale roti of 12-15 hours with milk or vegetables can reduce sugar.

Stale roti should be eaten with skimmed milk which is at room temperature.

After being in contact for 12 hours, the structure of starch changes so these starches do not convert into glucose as quickly as resistant fibre.

Blood Pressure can also be controlled by eating stale milk in roti.
