Ritik Raj

Without taking medication, spices from your kitchen can help control blood sugar levels.

Sugar in diabetics can be effectively controlled by consuming these spices in the morning and right before bed.

Fenugreek seeds: Consume them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. They increase insulin sensitivity and are high in soluble fibre.

Cinnamon: By increasing insulin sensitivity, cinnamon decoction lowers blood sugar levels when consumed at night.

Curcumin: which is present in turmeric, has the ability to lower blood sugar levels. Drinking turmeric water or decoction can be beneficial.

Ginger: Ginger has substances called shogaols and gingerols that aid in the management of diabetes.

Clove: Consume clove infusion as it aids in the synthesis of insulin.

Black pepper: Black pepper has piperine, which increases insulin sensitivity and boosts nutritional absorption.
