Here are six foods that can pose a threat to your mental health.

3. Processed meat: Processed meat includes trans fat, linked to several mood disorder and mental health diseases. 

4. Sugary treats: Sugary treats can often lead to mood swings, ultimately causing depression or anxiety. 

5. Caffeine: Excessive consumption of caffeine also leads to various mood disorders and anxiety. 

6. Refined carbohydrates: Refined carbohydrates such as white breads or pastries can cause a spike in blood sugar levels, leading to anxiety and depression.
