Fried food: Fried food is low in fibre and can trigger diarrhea. 

Animal protein: Animals protein like meat, dairy, and eggs can affect  your gut health.

Processed food: Processed food is extremely high in sugar and low in fibre.

Prebiotic foods: Prebiotics foods like garlic, onions, wheat, soybeans and oats can hamper digestion.

Artificial sweeteners: Artificial sweeteners can cause cramps and diarrhea.

Dals, pulses, legumes: They can cause  discomfort and unease.

8. Chia seeds- It is the tiny powerhouse of nutrition which is considered a good source of plant- based protein, omega- 3 fatty acids, fiber and anti-oxidant.
