Always dream big: The first step in a journey to success is to acquire the hope and courage to have those dreams which you feel are unachievable.

Set your goal: Begin defining clear and time-bound goals to track progress and results. Start with setting up a small target and gradually push to attain bigger goals. 

Use time efficiently: Prioritising can help use time efficiently. Avoid multitasking and be mindful if you go off-track. 

Always stay positive: Thinking positively helps manage stress, and improves your health. Avoiding negative self-talk helps stay focused on goals.

Value your opinion: Avoid mind reading and consider the source of the opinion before actually accepting it.  Prioritise your growth and avoid taking negative opinions to heart. 

Have patience: Always stay calm and avoid being upset or complaining over slow or difficult things. Practice self-control and being tolerant and accepting of other’s behaviour. 

Practice self-belief: Work towards cultivating self-confidence and have faith in your abilities to overcome challenges.

Be consistent: Try to maintain a consistent work ethic and put in the effort to build lasting positive habits.

Choose good company: Stay close to people who support you and feel good to see you strive and reach for the best. Be around those who can make you laugh and feel positive.

Practice spirituality: Embracing spirituality by practising Yoga, meditation, and gratitude in life makes you calm and positive.
