Here are 5 exercises to relieve back pain

Start on your hands and knees. Arch your back up towards the ceiling (like a cat) and then lower your belly towards the floor while lifting your head and tailbone (like a cow).

Cat-Cow Stretch

Begin on your hands and knees, then sit back on your heels while extending your arms forward on the floor. Lower your forehead to the ground and stretch your arms as far as comfortable.

Child's Pose

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles to flatten your lower back against the floor. Hold for a few seconds, then release.

Pelvic Tilts

Lie on your back and bring one knee towards your chest, holding it with both hands. Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch legs.

Knee to Chest Stretch

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Cross your arms over your chest and tighten your abdominal muscles. Raise your shoulders off the floor, a few inches, and hold for 5-10 seconds.

Partial Crunches

These exercises can help alleviate back pain by stretching and strengthening muscles that support the spine.
