Curd also known as yoghurt, is a dairy product made by fermenting milk and has various health benefits. It is rich in minerals including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin B12.
It also has probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that promote gut health and immune system functioning.
However, some foods should be avoided with curd to prevent stomach problems and skin concerns.
One should avoid eating curd with fish, as they both are loaded with protein. When animal protein is combined with veg protein, then it can cause stomach-related problems.
