Here are seven yoga poses to help you get better sleep

Kneel on the floor, then sit back on your heels and stretch your arms forward with your forehead resting on the ground.

Child's Pose

Lie on your back and extend your legs up against a wall, keeping your arms relaxed by your sides.

Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose

Lie flat on your back with your arms by your sides, palms facing up. Close your eyes and focus on deep breathing, allowing your body to completely relax.

Corpse Pose

Start on your hands and knees, inhale as you arch your back and look up (cow pose), then exhale as you round your spine and tuck your chin to your chest (cat pose).

Cat-Cow Stretch

Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you, then hinge forward at the hips and reach for your feet or shins.

Seated Forward Bend

Lie on your back and bring the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall open to the sides. 

Reclining Bound Angle Pose

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then fold forward from the hips and let your upper body hang down towards the floor.

Standing Forward Bend
