Here are some highly nutritious foods that are vital for good health in winter.

Nuts: Nuts like walnuts and almonds are rich in plant-based Omega-3 fatty acids and essential fatty acids, which help boost energy in winter.

Seasonal fruits: Citrus fruits are rich in fibre, vitamin C, and anti-oxidants which are beneficial in winter.

Green leafy vegetables: They boost immunity and deliver vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and Vitamin K. 

Whole grains: Whole grains are rich in nutrients and fiber and maintain good heart health.
