Potato: It is widely used in Indian foods however, it was originated in South America

Tomato: They are rich in vitamins and are used in salads, sauces, soups, and a variety of dishes globally. They were brought to India by Portuguese traders.

Jalebi: It is a popular sweet in India, however it was introduced in India by Mughals.

Tea leaves:  It has its roots from China, where it was used to make medicinal drink. However, it was noticed by Britishers who later brought it to India.

 Papaya: This fruit is originated in Mexico. It is  a tropical fruit with sweet, orange flesh and black seeds.

Samosa: A deep-fried or baked pastry with a savory filling, likely originated in the Middle East.

Gulab Jamun: Deep-fried milk solids soaked in sugar syrup, with origins in the Mediterranean or Persia.
