8 yoga poses to reduce thigh fat

Stand with your feet together, inhale, and raise your arms overhead.

Chair Pose

Start in a standing position, step your feet wide apart, and extend your arms out to the sides.

Warrior II

 Straighten your right leg and reach your right hand down towards your right shin, ankle, or the floor. Extend your left arm towards the ceiling, keeping your chest open and your gaze up or down.

Extended Triangle Pose

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet hip-width apart.

Bridge Pose

Lie on your belly with your arms by your sides and palms facing up.

Locust Pose 

Begin in Chair Pose, then bring your hands together at your heart.

Chair Twist 

Stand on your right foot and lift your left foot, placing the sole of your left foot on your right inner thigh or calf.

Tree Pose

Stand with your feet wide apart, toes pointing forward.
