8 Yoga poses to relieve gas and bloating

Lie on your back, bring your knees to your chest, and hug them. You can rock side to side for added relief.

Wind-Relieving Pose

Sit with your legs extended straight in front of you. Inhale, lengthen your spine, and exhale as you reach forward to touch your toes.

Seated Forward Bend

Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and extend your arms forward on the floor, resting your forehead down.

Child’s Pose

Start on your hands and knees. Inhale, arch your back (Cow Pose), and exhale, round your spine (Cat Pose). Repeat several times.

Cat-Cow Pose

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips toward the ceiling while keeping your feet and shoulders grounded.

Bridge Pose

Lie on your back, bring your knees to your chest, and drop them to one side while extending your arms out in a T shape. Hold and repeat on the other side.

Supine Twist

Lie on your back, bring your knees to your chest, and hold onto the outsides of your feet, drawing your knees toward the floor.

Happy Baby Pose

Lie on your back and extend your legs up a wall. Relax and breathe deeply in this position.
