Here are some unhealthy fruits and vegetables that you must try to avoid in excess quantities.

Orange: Citrus fruits like oranges are suitable for the human body, but they should not be substituted for solid fruit. 

Potatoes: Although they are rich in potassium and vitamin C, but the nutritional content is lost as we remove the skin that is rich in fibre. 

Mango: Mango is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, but it has enormous sugar and hence should be avoided by those on a low-carb diet.

Green Peas: As a starchy vegetable, it is higher in calories and carbohydrate content.

Grapes: A bunch of grapes has about 39 grams of sugar, which is unhealthy for body.

Eggplant: It absorbs fat and seasonings that can easily raise calories and sodium in your body.

Coconut: It is high in saturated fat that can easily rise cholesterol and calories in the body. 

Cherries: Cherries are sweet and excess consumption can cause a rise in blood sugar.
