Alia Bhatt's superfood weight loss salad recipe

Alia Bhatt had a superfast weight loss transformation, especially after her pregnancy.

In interviews, Alia Bhatt revealed that the secret for her weight loss is a superfood rich beetroot salad, prepared in minutes.

Ingredients for beetroot salad -  1/2 cup grated beetroot 2 tbsp dahi (curd) Pinch of black pepper Pinch of chaat masala Pinch of coriander leaves

For Tadka -  1/4 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera) 5-6 Curry leaves Pinch of asafoetida (hing)

First, take boiled and grated beetroot in a cup, and mix it with curd.

Sprinkle black pepper, coriander and chaat masala to the salad and mix again.

Heat oil in tadka pan and add mustard seeds, jeera and hing, and bring to boil for two minutes.

Pour the tadka in the salad bowl with beetroot and mix well.
