Sunflower Oil: Sunflower oil is rich in unsaturated fats, which reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Avocado Oil: Avocados oil are high in healthy monounsaturated fats and are very nutritional.

Olive Oil: Olive oil contains more healthy monounsaturated fats than other oils, and benefits heart

Sesame Oil: Sesame oil contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which promote heart health.

Partially Hydrogenated Oils: The is source of unhealthy trans fats and is present in processed foods.

Coconut Oil: This is unhealthy cooking oil for heart as it contains  90 per cent saturated fat and fatty acids.
