Diabetes: These 5 Acupressure points will prevent blood sugar spike

Acupressure is known to be a simple and safe technique that will prevent blood sugar spikes. Here are a few acupressure points for diabetes control.

Apply pressure there with the opposite hand's index and thumb. Do this for five minutes. Repeat the process on the other hand.

Massage your wrist (stress point) for 5 minutes every day for optimal results. This point is connected to the heart, which controls the heart's stress and also promotes healthy blood circulation. 

The urinary pressure point is about 2 cm below the kneecap on the back of the knee right where the calf ends. Massage this point daily for about 5 min for each leg.

This acupressure point is about 2 cm below your kneecap on the outer part of the shinbone. Apply steady pressure in a circular motion for about 5 minutes daily.

Massage this pressure point which is located just below first and second toes joint. Apply pressure for 5 mins for best results.
