Drinks to reduce high uric acid and relieve gout pain

Here are some drinks that can help you manage high uric acid.

Green tea: This is known for several health benefits, including managing high uric acid. 

Low-fat milk: Drinking a glass of skimmed milk or low-fat milk can reduce uric acid in your blood.

Lemon water: Start your day with a glass of lemon water to prevent gout or high uric acid.

Herbal tea: A glass of herbal tea such as chamomile, lavender, green, and hibiscus not only helps your body to intake more fluid.

Coffee: Another highly recommended drink is coffee. 

Cucumber juice: Drinking cucumber juice with lime as it helps in detoxifying the liver.

Carrot juice: Drinking fresh carrot juice with lemon juice can control elevated uric acid levels.
