Easy vegetable pizza recipe for guilt-free dinner

To make this pizza at home you need:  2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil and vegetables of your choice

To make pizza dough, you need a bowl, then dissolve 1 tsp of yeast and 1 tsp sugar in 3/4 cup of warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp olive oil. And then Rest the dough for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.

In a small pan, heat olive oil and add 1/2 cup tomato pure. Add 1 tsp garlic powder, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook the sauce on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 475 F (245 C) and preheat for 15 minutes.

Spread the pizza sauce over the dough sing a spoon, leaving about a 1-inch border for the crust.

Add cheese and all the sliced vegetables, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, and spinach

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

 Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Now your pizza is ready to serve.
