Electrolytes-rich foods for good health in summer

Yogurt: Yogurt is the best source of electrolytes. 

Nuts: Almonds, brazil nuts and cashews are all rich in electrolytes like magnesium, calcium and potassium. 

Beans and lentils: Lentils, kidney beans, and soybeans have magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous.

Spinach: Spinach has 2 essential electrolytes: calcium and magnesium. 

Salty foods: Table salt has 40% sodium and 60% chloride. 

Breakfast cereals: Some cereals are fortified with calcium and other electrolytes.

Bananas: They are high in electrolytes like magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Coconut water: Coconut water is extremely high in electrolytes and nutrients like potassium, sodium, and chloride.
