Energising breakfast foods to eat in summer

Here are some breakfast foods to beat fatigue in the hot weather.

Eggs and milk are rich in protein, sodium, folate, selenium, and calcium, and a perfect breakfast combination to get a boost. 

Watermelon, muskmelon, orange, pineapple, strawberries, mango, and other fruits with high water content are the best choices for dehydration. 

Summer veggies like bottle gourds, ridge gourds, broccoli, karela, and cucumbers, can help you prevent dehydration in the morning.

Foods such as green moong sprouts, spinach, legumes, nuts, and seeds contain vitamins, and minerals, which boost energy and metabolism. 

Drinking water is an obvious way to stay hydrated. However, avoid drinking too much plain water, as it removes minerals from your body.

Green tea, lemonade, or fresh coconut water will rejuvenate your body with important minerals and vitamins. 

Spices such as ginger, pepper, cinnamon, rosemary, garlic, etc, are a few foods to prevent dehydration.
