Here are fruits and vegetavles that are rich in calcium than milk.

 Broccoli: A cruciferous vegetable that is extremely rich in calcium.

Beans: Beans are extremely healthy and contain 19% of calcium.

Leafy greens: Leafy green vegetables are extremely nutritious, and are rich in calcium.

Figs: Dried figs are healthy and calcium-dense snack. 

Bok choy: Also called white cabbage, Chinese cabbage, it has about 74 milligrams of calcium in every cup. 

Orange: It has  60 milligrams of calcium, making it one of most calcium-rich fruits.
