Fruits and vegetables to improve thyroid health in summer

Berries: Berries are rich in antioxidants, which improves thyroid function. 

Bananas: They are rich in vitamin B6, which boosts thyroid hormone metabolism. 

Broccoli: It is rich in calcium and vitamin C, which promotes thyroid health.

Kiwi: It is abundant in vitamin C content, which leads to a well-functioning thyroid.

Chinese cabbage and spinach also improve thyroid function. 

Apple: Apples protect thyroid gland from external damage.
