Fruits, vegetables that can prevent cancer

Berries: Regularly consuming berries can prevent cancer. 

Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, and lemons contain nutrients like folate, vitamin C, and flavonoids. 

Apples and Pears: They can prevent a few cancers, including colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer. 

Green leafy vegetables, such as arugula, kale, spinach, and Swiss chard are loaded with anticancer effects in the body. 

Green leafy vegetables like arugula and kale may also prevent against pancreatic cancer.

Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and leafy greens can also lower risk of cancer. 

Allium vegetables, including garlic, onions, and leeks have compounds that lower risk of certain cancers.
