Here are fruits and veggies to reduce cholesterol:

Pointed gourd (Parwal): This vegetable lowers bad cholesterol and promotes good cholesterol levels. 

Cucumber (Kheera): It boasts of phytosterol, which reduces high cholesterol levels. 

Watermelon (Tarbooj): Watermelon has lycopene, which boosts good cholesterol levels. 

Okra (Bhindi): Rich in Vitamin K, C, and A, Okra promotes good cholesterol. 

Bitter gourd (Karela): It is a rich source of antioxidants and improves good cholesterol.

Spinach: The healthy fat in spinach promotes good cholesterol level.
