Blackberries: Blackberries have 2 grams per cup. 

Bananas: Bananas are high in protein, potassium, and other vital nutrients.

Oranges:These are a rich source of vitamin C, and contain about 1.2 grams of protein.

Cherries: One cup of cherries is rich in 1.6 grams of protein.
