Millets are helpful in lowering uric acid levels quickly. Here are some millet that are beneficial for it.

Kodo millet is a low-purine grain that reduces inflammation.

Jowar is a low-purine grain that lowers uric acid. 

Oats roti comprises of 50 to 150 milligrams of purines and lowers uric acids.

Little millet is low in purines and is an uric acid-friendly food.

Bajra is another low-purine grain that removes uric acid from the body.

Ragi is a high-fibre millet which prevents formation of kidney stones.
