Here are some yoga poses to reduce the excess buildup of uric acid in body.

Tadasana: This easy yoga pose can prevent uric crystal formation on joints.

Vrikshasana: This yoga asana can improve balance and strengthen your joints and legs. 

Hastashirasana: This yoga pose reduces high uric acid levels and stress that can affect uric acid production.  

Veerasana: This pose helps to reduce high uric acid by improving blood circulation and kidney function. 

Pranayama: This pose or breathing technique reduces high uric acid levels by promoting circulation and oxygenation.

Makarasana: Also called the crocodile pose, this lowers high uric acid by promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
