 Superfoods Alia Bhatt eats in a day for weight loss

Alia Bhatt was a fat child and when she debuted for Student of the Year in 2012 she lost 16 kgs in the span of 3 months

She follows a balanced diet plan with a combination of cardio, yoga and strength training exercises.

Here's what Alia eats in a day

Alia likes to eat jowar in summers and bajra in the winters. 

She eats seasonal fruits, herbal tea, eggs and healthy snacks as per her daily diet. 

To keep herself hydrated, she drinks milk, curd and chaas.  

She prefers to eat fresh vegetable juice, poha, eggs, vegetable sandwich with tea or coffee without sugar. 

She eats a bowl of fruit (usually papaya) or idli and sambhar as her mid-morning snack. 

Alia eats one roti without butter, dal, veggies, and curd for lunch. Another alternative for her lunch is quinoa with chicken. 

Her perfect evening snacks include fruits, some kurmura with either coffee or tea. 

Like lunch, for dinner also, she eats a roti or a bowl of rice with dal and vegetables. Unlike lunch, during dinner she also eats one piece chicken breast.
