Stand tall with feet together, arms at sides. Inhale, lift arms overhead, palms facing each other.
Step feet wide apart, turn right foot out, bend right knee, and extend arms out parallel to the floor.
Start in a push-up position, palms under shoulders, body forming a straight line from head to heels.
Stand on one leg, place the sole of the other foot on inner thigh, hands in prayer position at heart center.
Start on hands and knees, lift hips up and back, forming an inverted V shape.
Stand with feet together, arms at sides. Inhale, raise arms overhead, exhale, bend knees and sit back as if sitting in a chair.
Lie on back, knees bent, feet hip-width apart.
Lie on stomach, hands under shoulders, elbows close to body.
